Scottsdale's Sterling at Silverleaf Luxury Condos Start at $1.5M
Homebuyers looking to live in luxury in Scottsdale have been looking to the Silverleaf neighborhood for some time now. Now, condo buyers looking for the same will have that opportunity as well with the news that Sterling at Silverleaf prepares to begin sales.
The five-building development is expected to begin construction later this year. Located close to Pima Road and Thompson Peak Parkway, the 170 residences and penthouses will range between 2,900 and 3,400 square feet, with prices starting at $1.5 million.
For that kind of scratch you expect some extravagant features and you won’t be disappointed. Private elevators take you directly into your home, which includes built-in iPad® controlled home automation for audio, video, lighting, climate and security. Downstairs you have access to electric vehicle charging stations in the garage and state-of-the-art, fully robotic valet parking. Homes also include lots of energy efficient and eco-friendly features as well.
Living in the Silverleaf community comes with amenities of it’s own. The central benefit of living here includes clubhouse membership to the 50,000 square-foot Silverleaf Golf Club and Spa. There’s also access to the Village Health Club & Spa, a private resident lounge, hiking and biking trails within the McDowell Sonoran Mountain Preserve, furnished hospitality suites, and chauffeured car service.
The project was originally intended as a 213-condo project, but when construction stalled the developer sold the land to DMB and New Home Company, who are developing the current version. New Home says they foresee condo owners as move-down buyers and those looking for a “lock and leave” second home option.
