Ready to get started? Before applying, make sure you have these qualifications.

  • Be a licensed full-time real estate agent in good standing with your local Realtor Association and MLS Board.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the various floor plans, home types, prices, market statistics, HOA fees, cost of living expenses, and rules and regulations at any communities or neighborhoods you are representing.
  • Promote the community’s lifestyle using a thorough knowledge of the amenities, as well as clubs, classes, attractions, activities, and dining that may be available in the neighborhood.
  • Contact new leads via both phone and email in a prompt manner and continue to maintain contact with any prospect until a transaction is made or they are no longer interested, as well as logging all correspondence in the neighborhoods.com Agent Portal.
