Agritopia

Agritopia is a place to live and grow. The community provides for its residents beyond the typical park and amenity layout of traditional suburban living. The gardens and farmstead surrounding the homes and parks offer an extensive range of seasonal produce that's active year-round. The original family that settled the land, the Johnson family, still lives in Agritopia and has created the Johnson Family Foundation of Urban Agriculture. Locals can engage in community activities that inform and educate, enriching themselves and their community at the same time. Near its center is Agritopia's clubhouse. On-site is a sparkling outdoor pool, a sand volleyball court, and putting greens. The Field House is right next door offers fitness facilities, indoor athletic courts, and multi-purpose fields for soccer, football, and other sports. A basketball court separates the Field House facilities from the primary community garden. There are playgrounds on either side of the Field House, as well as four additional playgrounds that are parceled out around the neighborhoods. These, in addition to pocket parks, make for easy access for residents to spend time outdoors at their leisure. Agritopia includes Generations, an age-restricted community that provides a wide range of amenities exclusive to its residents. Generations features 24/7 staff service, front desk concierge, a restaurant and bistro, and a state-of-the-art movie theatre. Residents can indulge at the beauty salon and barbershop for some relaxing grooming and luxuriate at the day spa. There is a fitness and wellness center for keeping active and fit as well as activities daily and guest lodging for visitors. Almost everything is taken care of and shows how Agritopia really takes "community" seriously.
