New residents of Arbor Springs should consider joining Coweta Club, the golf and country club within the community. Membership is optional for residents but it provides nice discounts for golf and dining. The golf operations are managed by professionals and the restaurant serves up an eclectic menu designed by a chef. The Coweta County School District serves the area. Arbor Springs Elementary is just outside the community’s entrances. Madras Middle School and Northgate High School are less than a 10-minute drive from the Arbor Springs. Each school ranks in the top 20-30% of Georgia public schools for overall test scores and receive above-average rankings from independent rating services. There are also a half-dozen private schools nearby which Arbor Springs kids attend.

Arbor Springs is a close-knit community. There are a number of resident-organized clubs and monthly activities that are popular and really bring neighbors together for some fun times. The bunco, bridge, and book clubs are very active and there’s a group called the Sunshine Club dedicated to helping neighbors with short-term needs for meals. Other groups are a dinner club and quilting club. Events within the community do a wonderful job of bringing residents together just as well as the clubs. Regularly planned pub crawls and golf outings are always popular. Holiday parties hosted at the clubhouse also bring out many of the residents. Some of the events for kids are an Easter Egg Hunt and First Day of School celebrations.
