I am a resident since 20001.I was 69 at the time made great friends and was active in women's club and it's projects. Time has gone by my neighbors have pretty much stayed the same but new arrivals taking over activities, pool and volunteering .HOA cost only raised from 100$ to present 126$.Money well worth spent as every home and grounds make for a lovely appearance. Not to mention the availability of Medicare doctors in area and best of all the shore. Move here and they will come is my motto.Meaning I see my children and the grands all the time for their vacations there is so much to do. Drive in see for yourself.I am proud to be able to live here.
Very reasonable prices on purchases. Low maintenance only one in Ocean County pet friendly can have fence around rear yard.
