Is a nice town but is far from everything.

Very peaceful family neighborhood. Lots of future projects going on, ( Fire Rescue Station). New Mexican restaurant just opened, Irish Pub, barbershop. Beautiful clubhouse and water park. Many weekend festivities. Great for kids. It’s a bit far from Naples, but we love it. Every time we drive to a busy city, we can’t wait to get back home.

"Ave Maria, Southwest Florida's Rising Star"

Ave Maria captures the essence of a time's past. It's a place where you know your neighbors name, he knows yours, and you help each other out when the need arises. Beautiful landscaping, tops parks, and amenities. A place for families, seniors, and academics alike. Just a humble, beautiful, special place.

So much to do

The neighborhood has so many activities, highlighted by the town center. Great welcome center in town for all your information needs. I'm a fan of the dog park and the golf course, as well as the live music in the square. A lot of choices for homes in different price ranges.
