Ave Maria

Ave Maria incorporates the historic Florida architecture into an area brimming with natural life. Town Center is the heart of the community and has abundant retail options, doctor's offices, salons, and pubs. Ave Maria also has three public schools, two private schools (including a Montessori), and Ave Maria University. Activities in Ave Maria emphasize outdoor living and are usually located in one of the three expansive parks: North Park, South Park, and Water Park. There are areas here for bocce ball, tennis, baseball, soccer, and basketball. Water Park even has two pools, a cascading spa, and fountains for the kids to run through. Golfers have the 18-hole, semi-private Panther Run Golf Club in their community where they can receive lessons from PGA professionals. Two of the neighborhoods have private clubhouses. Del Webb Naples, Ave Maria's age-restricted section, has the 12,000 square-foot Oasis Club and Maple Ridge residents have access to a 10,000 square-foot recreation center.
