Bakers Landing

Baker’s Landing is centrally located in Pearland, and residents have access to a fishing pier along the community’s lake, two playgrounds, and walking trails through wooded areas around the community. Baker’s Landing is also surrounded by amenities throughout the Pearland Area, including restaurants, grocery stores, and retail options along Highway 35 and Walnut Street. Centennial Park and Centennial Park Disc Golf Course are located just minutes from Baker’s Landing, the local Pearland Premier Cinema is just off of Walnut Street, known for its reasonable ticket prices and family-friendly atmosphere. About a 20-minute drive away from Baker’s Landing is the Pearland Town Center, home to a handful of eateries and shopping, and host to a variety to events throughout the year. Baker’s Landing residents are served by the Pearland Independent School District, which has been rated as one of Houston’s top school districts. Pearland students typically attend Harris Elementary School for K-5 education, Alexander Middle School for sixth grade, Pearland Junior High East for seventh and eighth grade, and Pearland High for high school education.
