Bella Terra

I lived in this neighborhood for about 4 years from 2006 to 2010. It's in a very nice spot set back off of Corkscrew Rd and very close to I-75, FGCU, Miromar Outlets, and Gulfcoast Town Center. The community itself is well-kept and has some nice amenities. The main pool is particularly nice with it's rock waterfalls and huge deck area. It's definitely encroaching into less developed parts of the area, so don't be surprised to see wild boar, black bears and alligators in the neighborhood. Give them their space and they'll give you yours. The one downside is that most of the housing was built at or near the peak of the bubble, and the craftsmanship is indicative of that. The community also had a lot of issues with Chinese Drywall, that I think are now entirely resolved. However, there will probably be lots of ongoing maintenance from home to home due to the rush in which they were built. All that said, this place offers a good amount for the value and is definitely in a great location.

Wow! Your kids will never be bored again! I've never seen a community quite like this. It's ultra family-oriented! Hockey rink, baseball field, basketball courts, playground and so much more! There's always fun to be had at Bella Terra. I would highly recommend it for any growing family!
