Ascend Realty Group is developing a 12-story boutique condo building called Superior House in River North, according to Curbed Chicago. The building, to be located at 366 W. Superior St., will feature 34 units.

Superior House is slated for completion in 2019. The development is still waiting on city approval and permits, according to another Curbed Chicago report. FitzGerald Associates Architects designed the building, according to the report.

The condo building will also have a parking garage with 63 spaces, a deck, a gym, and a rooftop garden, according to the report. The units will sell for $1.09 million to $2.29 million.

The development will replace two existing commercial buildings.

Superior House is not the only condo development coming to the River North neighborhood. A 38-unit, 11-story condo building, Three Sixty West, is being developed on the corner of Erie and Sedgwick.
