According to Builder, each of the 20 units is a detached, single-family home occupying 1,620 to 1,700 square feet. Some are two levels, while others are three. All feature two to three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, along with an attached two-car garage. Prices start from the high $700,000s to low $800,000s.

Tours are available by appointment only for interested buyers.

VITAE is located a short walk from Costa Mesa’s The Triangle outdoor complex, which features retail, restaurants, and other entertainment options. Residents would also be just two miles from the coast at Newport Beach, and a stone’s throw from the California State Route 55 freeway, which connects to the Interstate 405.

Planet Home Living has numerous developments around the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. Along with VITAE in Costa Mesa, the Newport Beach-based company also created communities in Chatsworth, Eagle Rock, Echo Park, La Habra, North Hollywood, and Silver Lake.
