It’s been months since home builders Lennar and Toll Brothers announced their joint project Altair Irvine, a new resort-style residential community in Irvine, and it’s finally time for its grand opening. Home prices start from the low $1 millions to low $2 millions.

According to the Orange County Register, the guard-gated complex consists of 10 luxury new home neighborhoods, six of which are Lennar neighborhoods (Aurora, Celestial, Eclipse, Lumiere, Solstice, and Starlight) and four from Toll Brothers (Alara, Estrella, Meridian, and Solano).

The multi-story detached residences combine classic California-style architecture and modern design details, and range from 2,909-6,579 square feet. The collection of 840 homes will feature between three to six bedrooms, and while Lennar neighborhoods will offer more all-inclusive style homes, Toll Brothers neighborhoods will give residents the opportunity to customize their homes.

The gated community will also offer residents access to amenities such as a clubhouse, several pools and spas, recreational centers, and entrance to private parks and pedestrian paths. When the clubhouse is finished sometime next year, it will include dual tennis courts, bocce ball courts, fire pits, and more.

Visitors are welcome to tour the property located at 50 Aquila, Irvine on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
