Arlington's Viridian Neighborhood Continues Expansion With New Homes
The planned community of Viridian in north Arlington, Texas is a 2,000-acre development full of green spaces, wetlands, and, of course, homes. The number of those homes, it seems, just continues to grow.
The latest addition is Savanna Park, a 362-home-site community that officially opened in February. The sites include waterside and cul-de-sac properties priced from the $300,000s. Five parks will also be added to the subdivision, including a one-acre green space designed specifically for exercise and events.

This expansion joins Trinity Park, a 138 home-site neighborhood that opened in late 2016. This community includes four new parks and 16 model homes that are expected to be open by April.
Altogether, Viridian now includes 1,732 homesites. When completed, the community is expected to be home to around 5,000 families. Not to mention that it has retained 500 acres of open space and 500 acres of waterways and wetlands. Other amenities include Viridian Lake Club, Viridian Sailing Center, and miles of trails.
Among the Viridian neighborhoods created by 13 different builders, home prices range from the $230,000s to over $3 million.
