According to Builder, The Howard Hughes Corporation, developer of the 11,400-acre Bridgeland master-planned community in Northwest Houston, is debuting Harmony Grove in 2018. It will be the last neighborhood built in the Lakeland Village subdivision.

Beazer Homes is building 68 townhomes that will pair its modern farmhouse and craftsman designs for the first time in the Houston market. Aside from offering walkability and a low maintenance lifestyle, the architectural fusion of the townhomes adds a striking streetscape to the neighborhood.

“We’re quite excited about Harmony Grove,” Bruce Craig, area president for Beazer Homes, said in a statement. “Home buyers will immediately recognize Harmony Grove’s uniqueness based on the architectural styles we’ve chosen, but the differences will extend even further, offering plenty of floor plan personalization for our home buyers.”

Through Beazer’s Choice Plan — a feature that’s offered at no additional cost — reversible floor plans enable buyers to choose whether to make their great room or kitchen and dining room the central focus of the living area. And based on personal style, they can opt for different master bath configurations.

Location within the master planned community is another plus.

“We’re excited to offer these unique concepts to our Bridgeland home buyers,” Heath Melton, vice president of Master Planned Communities, said. “Many current residents have expressed an interest in downsizing from their current homes but still want to remain in Bridgeland. Harmony Grove will give them that option while also connecting them to Lakeland Village Center and Lakeland Activity Center nearby.”
