Bridgeland's Harmony Grove Neighborhood Will Debut Early 2018
The Howard Hughes Corporation announced that Harmony Grove will debut in early 2018. The final neighborhood to join Bridgeland, a master-planned community in Cypress, Harmony Grove will offer modern townhomes for a low-maintenance lifestyle, according to Builder Online.
The new neighborhood will provide a private setting for residents amidst a green, tree-filled landscape. Harmony Grove will only include 68 townhomes. Beazer Homes’ new modern farmhouse design will be the first for the builder in Houston—combined with the modern craftsman design, the neighborhood’s architectural variety will be unique to Bridgeland and the Houston market as a whole.
“Homebuyers will immediately recognize Harmony Grove’s uniqueness based on the architectural styles we’ve chosen, but the differences will extend even further, offering plenty of floor plan personalization for our home buyers,” says Bruce Craig, area president for Beazer Homes.
Heath Melton, vice president of Master Planned Communities, adds that Harmony Grove will give those looking to downsize an option to stay in Bridgeland, while also connecting them to Lakeland Village Center and the Lakeland Activity Center.
