With thousands of people moving to North Texas each year, there’s an ongoing need for new housing. According to a press release, the latest new master-planned community is coming to Benbrook near southwest Fort Worth as CalAtlantic Homes is introducing Ventana, the first master-planned community in the city.

The single-family floorplans range in size from 1,839 to 3,068 square feet, with three or four bedrooms and two to three-and-a-half bathrooms. Buyers can select traditional Texas exterior designs as well. Homes in Ventana will start at $289,990.

The Ventana community will also include amenities like a resort-style pool, a 2,400-square-foot center pavilion, and an outdoor kitchen.

Ventana will offer easy access to Downtown Fort Worth and other parts of the Metroplex via highways like 820, I-20, and I-30. The southwest part of Fort Worth is growing in popularity as people are discovering the natural beauty of the previously less populated region.

The Ventana development is located near Benbrook Lake and Whitestone Country Club is also nearby. All the shopping, restaurants, and other conveniences residents need are a short drive away.

Students living in Ventana can attend the Fort Worth ISD schools, including Westpark Elementary School, Benbrook Middle School, and Benbrook High School.
