CalAtlantic Homes is opening the doors on a new collection of single-family homes as part of their Westhaven collection in Coppell, TX. Chateau at Westhaven held it's grand opening this past weekend and houses are now available to buy.

One of three CalAtlantic neighborhoods within the Westhaven planned community, this one will include nine one- and two-story floor plans ranging from 2,929 to 4,102 square feet, with four to five bedrooms and three to four-and-a-half baths. Each home boasts ten-foot ceilings, open great rooms, oversized kitchen islands, and brick and stone exteriors. Starting prices range from $534,000 to $604,000.

The Westhaven community, which was named 2015 Community of the Year by the Dallas Builders Association, comes chocked full of amenities for homeowners. Amongst the 35 acres of open space you’ll also find two stocked lakes, seven parks, multiple water features, and an extensive trail system. Chateau at Westhaven will also be bringing a basketball court with it as well.
