Condo Tower Planned For Chicago's South Loop Releases New Renderings
Soon, the Helmut Jahn-designed skyscraper 1000M will begin to market its 323 luxury condo units. Ahead of that, the development has released new renderings of the yet-to-be-built South Loop tower.

The images show the gently-twisting, 832-foot building rendered in greenish glass. Although not scheduled to break ground until 2018, the development has ramped up its marketing lately with a sign at the Michigan Avenue lot where the building will rise and a new website. A sales gallery will open this summer.
Details about condo features are scant at this point, but it is part of a slew of projects that are set to transform the South Loop’s skyline.
