Davidon Homes has announced the opening of its newest luxury homes at Wilder, Orinda, a new master-planned community in Contra Costa County.

Home prices start at $1.9 million, ranging from three to five bedrooms across 3,008 to 4,236 square feet. The homes feature three distinct architectural designs, from Craftsman to Bay Area Cottage to Spanish Colonial. All the homes also come equipped with hardwood and tile flooring, a fireplace, and an epicurean kitchen with Thermador appliances.

The Wilder community also features many family-friendly amenities, including a recreation center, community ballfields, and a network of trails and pathways. The neighborhood is also situated close to major employment hubs, a BART station, downtown Orinda, and highly rated public and private schools. The park is also surrounded by 1,300 acres of open space, which connects to the East Bay Regional Park District.
