Deepak Chopra has his hands in books, supplements, meditation apps, a line of aromatherapy mists, and a number of other wellness accoutrements, and now he can add Miami condos to his range. For new-age health devotees who can't part with luxury, the popular guru has signed on to design air purification, water filtration, and circadian lighting systems in units at the pricey Muse Residences condos in Sunny Isles Beach, the Miami Herald reports.

Along with real estate firm Delos, which calls itself the "pioneer of wellness of real estate," Chopra is designing seven units at the 650-foot building, which is scheduled to wrap construction in December.

That circadian lighting system planned for the units will "mimic the natural progression of the sun," allowing residents to "wake up to a sunrise." (You could also achieve this effect for free by living outside.) While there's no price tag on the Chopra condos yet, that indoor sunrise will cost you: The report says there will be a premium on those units. (A penthouse unit that was on the market was asking $18 million.)
