The newest townhome collection in Villages of Irvine recently made its debut. 

Brookfield Residential’s Delano in Eastwood Village held its grand opening on March 25 to officially introduce homebuyers to three model homes showcasing their luxury living opportunity in Irvine, CA.

Delano’s two-story residences will range from 1,533 to 1,918 square feet with three to four bedrooms and two to three baths. All homes will features open living spaces with gourmet kitchens, spacious master bedrooms with walk-in closets, a two-car garage, and home automation with tablet or smartphone control.
