Glade Parks in Euless is a 194-acre master-planned development that includes upscale housing and retail. It was recently announced that an Aloft hotel is also coming to Glade Parks Town Center, the mixed-use part of the development. The community development is on State Highway 121 at Glade Road, just seven miles from the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

The hotel will include 140 rooms, a bar, and a restaurant. The Aloft hotel concept is a division of Starwood Hotels under the Marriott brand. Aloft hotels are designed to be a bit different from standard hotels, offering contemporary designs, environmentally conscious features, and a commitment to highlighting local musicians.

Glade Parks is part of the popular Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District. Home prices range from the $400,000s to the $600,000s and include features like stone exterior facades and fireplaces, gourmet kitchens, and staircases with oak handrails and wrought iron balusters.

Glade Parks is designed to be a walkable community and has miles of hiking and biking trails throughout, all of which connect to the Town Center. The community also includes a landscaped 1.2-acre park for resident use. The development includes many popular retail stores and restaurants, including The Lazy Dog Restaurant and Bar, which has a mountain lodge ambiance and welcomes pet owners to bring their dogs to the 1,400-square-foot outdoor patio.

The development also includes the Cinepolis movie theater, which features 12 screens in a luxury setting. A 24-Hour Fitness facility is currently under construction. Other retail and entertainment outlets at Glade Parks Town Center include a new Outback Steakhouse, Dave & Buster’s, and Belk department store.

In total, the Glade Parks Town Center includes over 800,000 square feet of retail space, which includes a mix of anchor retail such as Super Target, junior anchor, multi-tenant retail, and restaurants. The development also features 400 luxury urban lofts and over 125 luxury single-family homes.
