'Fast N' Loud' Star Lists Murphy Party Estate for $2M
Dennis Collins, one of the stars of Discovery Channel’s “Fast N’ Loud,” has listed his Murphy party estate on the market for slightly less than $2 million.
According to the Dallas Business Journal, Collins and his wife opted to sell their two-acre estate to build a cantilevered home in Richardson adjacent to a golf course.
The contemporary interior of the three-bedroom, 7,964-square-foot home strikes a balance with its ranch-style exterior. In addition to a gourmet kitchen and wet bar, the house contains a spacious master bedroom with an ensuite bath and boutique walk-in closet and dressing area with more than 600 square feet of space. It likewise includes a guest wing with a full kitchen, living area, master bedroom, and upstairs loft.
Though the Collins estate has no shortage of luxury and extravagant features, it was built for living and entertaining friends and family. Parties there have reportedly ranged from small intimate gatherings to bashes with 300 guests.
Since Collins is a classic car aficionado, an air conditioned 20-car garage where he stores and displays his collection is also part of the deal.
A V-shaped pool is the centerpiece of the outdoor entertainment area. One side of the V is a full-sized regulation volleyball pool while the other side is a diving pool. More poolside pluses include 78 speakers, an outdoor living area, double-sided fireplace, and fire pit.
A lighted baseball field that’s large enough to accommodate a helicopter landing is also found on the grounds.
