First Terrata Homes Community in Arizona Opening in Goodyear
Terrata Homes, a subsidiary of LGI Homes, is opening their first housing community in the state of Arizona.
Terrata’s new community will be located in the Mirador neighborhood of the Estrella by Newland Communities master-planned community. Located in Goodyear, just west of Phoenix, the luxury community boasts resort-inspired living, modern amenities, and a family-friendly atmosphere.
The new neighborhood is located within walking distance of the 18,500-square-foot Presidio Residents Club, which features a restaurant and wine bar. Residents get access to two residents' clubs as well as the Estrella Yacht Club and the Golf Club of Estrella. Some of the other community amenities include StarSplash WaterPark, multiple pools, fitness centers, over 20 miles of trails, and 500 acres of parks.
As for the homes, Terrata is offering four distinct floor plans that range between 2,100 to almost 3,000 square feet and either single-story or two-story living. Homes at Estrella will start in the low $300,000s.
