Lennar and Toll Brothers Introduce Their Altair Irvine Community
Separately, Lennar Homes and Toll Brothers are two of the biggest names in homebuilding. So when they decide to come together on a new master planned community, you know it’s gonna be something.
The two companies recently launched the website for Altair Irvine, a 10-neighborhood community they have planned for Irvine in Orange County. The gated community on a hilltop will include six Lennar neighborhoods and four from Toll Brothers.
The Lennar neighborhoods will feature homes ranging from 2,542 to 6,625 square feet, including three to six bedrooms and up to seven baths. Each home comes with energy-efficient features, and options for multigenerational living will be available.
The Toll Brothers neighborhoods will skew bigger, with homes that range from 4,300 to 5,400 square feet, including four to five bedrooms and four-and-a-half to five-and-a-half baths. All homes will boast high-end luxury details, outdoor living spaces, and more.
Homeowners get access to a slew of community amenities, including private community parks, pools and spas, recreation centers, outdoor fireplaces, tennis and bocce ball courts, and miles of trails. Residents also get access to Irvine Unified School District, which includes the brand-new Portola High School and Beacon Park School.
Interested buyers are encouraged to head to the website and sign up for the latest news as the community gets closer to pre-sales and eventually opening the doors.
