Luxury boutique condo Adagio Fort Lauderdale Beach has broken ground following a ceremony in late December, according to Curbed.

Adagio is a ten-story building featuring 31 residences with prices starting at $1.8 million. GS4 Studios handled the design of the residences, located at 435 Bayshore Drive. Units range from two to four bedrooms with all sizes and floor plans featuring high ceilings, summer kitchens, Italian cabinetry, and gas cooktops.

The building’s amenities take advantage of its location along the Intracoastal Waterway. Adagio features a private marina with 53-foot slips and a rooftop pool with cabanas overlooking the Intracoastal. A sunset pool, fitness center, media room, and pet grooming facility are also available to residents.

Adagio is expected to wrap construction in mid 2019. Per Curbed, the sales gallery is located at 2400 East Las Olas Boulevard.

Nearby, the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach hotel and residences opened earlier in December.
