Luxury Rancho Mirage Neighborhood Verlaine Almost Sold Out
Home developer GHA Communities has officially sold 14 of their high-end Palm Springs homes as of July 21, leaving just three on the market. The contemporary houses are part of a limited collection of 17 prominent residences located in a new home community called Verlaine in Tamarisk Country Club of Rancho Mirage.
The residential community offers 17 three-bedroom homes that are a mixture of desert contemporary styles and midcentury modern architecture. Each of the three models measures between 3,233 and 5,000 square feet and are priced in the $1.3 million range.
Some of the featured residence amenities include a custom pool, a spa, a fire pit, a large covered patio, and even an outdoor barbecue area. Each home also comes with views of the surrounding San Jacinto Mountains.
Tamarisk Country Club has a reputation for A-list members and features an 18-hole, William Bell-designed golf course and various social programs and luxury facilities.
Verlaine Rancho Mirage is near the Eisenhower Medical Center, Betty Ford Center, Barbara Sinatra Children’s Center, Tolerance Education Center, and even the Children’s Discovery Museum of the Desert. All Verlaine homeowners are also offered membership to various social and sports access at Mission Hills Country Club.
