American Legend Homes is open for business in Watters Branch in McKinney, the newest addition in the 2,200-acre Craig Ranch mixed-use development. Its new model home – located at 6616 Sleepy River St. near Collin-McKinney Parkway and Alma – is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 7 p.m.

American Legend offers 14 floorplans at Watters Branch and features include bright, open living areas, designer kitchens, roomy bedrooms and closets, as well as flex space options for additional game rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
