New Park Hyatt Residences Planned for LA's Oceanwide Plaza
An exclusive story from Robb Report details the new Park Hyatt Residences planned for Los Angeles. In total, the project will feature 164 homes to buy as part of the $1 billion Oceanwide Plaza development. The residences will sit atop the Park Hyatt hotel in Downtown Los Angeles, located near the popular LA Live and Staples Center.
There will be two classifications of homes: standard one-to-three-bedroom units and penthouses. Standard homes will range from 1,065 square feet all the way up to 2,720 square feet. The penthouses, which come in half-floor or duplex varieties, will run from 5,500 to 8,775 square feet.

Kitchens will come outfitted with standard appliances, as well as finer additions like wine fridges and warming drawers. The residence master suites will include walk-in closets, a large city view, and in-suite bathrooms.
Beyond the in-room amenities, residents will also have access to a host of other facilities provided by the Park Hyatt. Those include a private dining room, yoga studio, fitness facility, exhibition kitchen, and an outdoor pool. Oceanwide Plaza will also feature a two-acre park with a jogging track, dog parks, playground, and more. Residents will also have access to a 24-hour concierge, along with other exclusive services.
The current timeline for the Park Hyatt and other projects within Oceanwide Plaza is early 2019. Along with the multiple hotel and residence developments contained within the area, 170,000 square feet of retail space will also be added.
