Brickell City Centre, Downtown Miami’s multi-level upscale shopping and dining destination, unveiled a new penthouse collection within its Reach and Rise condominium towers, according to Curbed Miami.

The seven penthouses sit atop Brickell City Centre, marking a continued development within the ambitious, mixed-use Swire Properties Inc. project. Units within the luxury collection start at $3.95 million and range between three and five bedrooms.

Turnkey and fully furnished, each penthouse includes posh details like Italian cabinetry, imported marble flooring, hot tubs, high ceilings, and rooftop terraces with outdoor kitchens, according to Curbed. Resident amenities include a library, multiple lap pools, a hammam-style spa, fitness center, communal suites, and designated play areas for children.

 Maile Aguila, senior vice president of residential sales for the penthouse project, told Curbed the property presents a unique blend of privacy and elite living within the bustling epicenter of Brickell. In addition to concierge services and spacious floorplans, the penthouses offer “sweeping views of the city skyline,” said Aguila, “and just steps away from top dining and entertainment.”
