Tribune Media and Riverside Investment & Development recently filed zoning paperwork with the city for a new four-building campus at 700 W. Chicago Ave. Now the project — originally named Connected Campus — has received a new name and had new development details revealed, according to Curbed Chicago

The development is now known as 700 at The River District. Previously expected to cost $600 million, Curbed Chicago now puts the development’s price at $700 million. The four buildings at 700 at The River District will feature approximately 1.2 million square feet of office space and 310 residential units, according to the report. The development will also have several acres of public space along the river.

The new development is expected to attract a glut of workers and residents, which has raised concerns about the area’s infrastructure and ability to handle that many incoming cars. The developers have revealed new transit details that would support access to the new campus, according to the report. The development will likely involve the widening of the Chicago Avenue bridge and a shuttle route.
