Pardee Homes is adding to the already hot Southern Nevada real estate market. The company recently announced the opening of their model home in the Strada neighborhood of Inspirada, a master-planned community in the city of Henderson.

Pardee Homes Division President Klif Andrews explains in the Las Vegas Review-Journal that Strada has already been popular in Henderson and adding the Plan Four model home will enhance it. “Strada has been exceptionally popular since it opened last year, and we’re excited to add a fresh, new twist with the addition of a new modern elevation for all four plans as well as a new model home for Plan Four.” 

The Strada floorplans are split between farmhouse, modern, Spanish, and contemporary styles. Ranging from 2,493 to 3,223 square feet, interiors have been planned by celebrity designer Bobby Berk. Prices start in the low $400s. 

The Inspirada development is located in a very high-end and prominent part of the valley, just south of Anthem, Seven Hills, and Southern Highlands. The area is very walkable and has great views of the city. Notable landmarks near the neighborhood include Rio Secco Golf Course, The M Resort, and Henderson Executive Airport.

The city is also in the process of enhancing the neighborhood with its three-mile road extension from the Inspirada community to Las Vegas Boulevard. This road is creating alternate access to Interstate 15 and giving residents a more convenient way to commute.

Pardee Homes is also expanding in Summerlin and North Las Vegas.

On April 14, they debuted Terra Luna in The Cliffs in Summerlin, which features residences with three-to-five bedrooms, up to four-and-a-half bathrooms, and pricing in the mid-$500s. This gated community is near Downtown Summerlin, Red Rock National Conservation Area, and Wet’n’Wild.

On April 28, Indigo will open near the Eldorado master-planned community in the city of North Las Vegas. Including three-to-five bedrooms and up to three bathrooms, Indigo’s two-story residences will be priced from the low-$300s. Nellis Air Force Base, Aliante Nature Discovery Park, and Aliante Casino and Hotel are all a short distance from this neighborhood.
