Right now if you go to 2453 Sacramento Street you’ll find a parking lot situated between John F. Kennedy Towers and the Bite Beauty Lip Lab. In a couple years, return to this address and you might just find a four-story building there instead.

Per Socket Site, Thousand Architects currently has a plan moving through the city to construct a building with seven market-rate condos and a seven-car garage at this Pacific Heights site. The proposal also calls for a small yard in the rear of the building and a 750 square-foot rooftop deck up above.
