San Luis Obispo Builder Sells Out of Homes in Four Communities
Coastal Community Builders with Presidio Residential Capital saw a need for more available housing in San Luis Obispo County. Their vision has paid off as four recently added housing communities of theirs are now sold out.
Builder Online reports that the communities added 111 new homes and home sites to California’s Central Coast.
The largest of the four is The Village at Pacific West in Pismo Beach. That community consists of 37 single-family homes ranging from 1,520 to 1,850 square feet and 36 condos that measure 814 square feet.
Also located in Pismo Beach is Seaside Villas, which features eight detached three-story townhomes that range from 1,530 to 1,607 square feet. All of the homes here include three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths.
Located in the city of San Luis Obispo, SLO Terrace includes 17 two- and three-bedroom homes ranging from 1,219 to 1,793 square feet. The homes feature six floor plans in both Craftsman and Farmhouse style.
Finally, Monte Sereno is a gated community located in Arroyo Grande and consisting of three custom homes and 10 custom home sites. Home designs check in around 3,100 square feet and offer three- to four-bedrooms, up to three-and-a-half baths, and three-car garages.
