Shea Homes Arizona had a successful finish to 2016 and they credit a lot of that with buyer demand for single-story homes. According to Shea Homes Arizona vice president of sales and marketing Ken Peterson, 95 percent of their sales in November and December were single-story houses and buyer demand for that floor plan remains high. 

It only makes sense then that they’d focus on the one-story home in their next residential community, The Reserves in Gilbert, AZ.

Buyers will be able to choose between 90 homes with four single-level floor plans ranging from 3,282 to 3,983 square feet. Homes range from three to five bedrooms and include up to four and a half bathrooms. Prices have yet to be announced.

This gated community is expected to officially open in the spring. Although some of Shea Homes’ communities, The Reserves does not have an age restriction. You can go take a look for yourself in the meantime at 1670 E Gillcrest Road in Gilbert. And if you happen to miss out on a Shea Homes property here, don’t worry. The Arizona division plans to open 11 communities and around 400 homes this year.
