Shea Homes has big summer plans for Peoria, Arizona with the opening of three new housing communities in the Phoenix suburb.

Evolve at Cantilena

First up is Evolve at Cantilena, which is opening its doors July 1. This 82-home community will include four floor plans that offer a mix of single-story and two-story living. Homes range between 2,843 and 4,497 square feet and include four to six bedrooms and up to four-and-a-half baths. Base prices range between $404,990 and $469,990.

The Reserves at Cantilena

After that, Shea will open the doors on The Reserves at Cantilena. This 32-home community will feature four single-story floor plans that range from 3,282 to 3,983 square feet. Residences will offer three to five bedrooms, up to four-and-a-half baths, and four-car garages. Depending on the floor plan, starting prices range between $479,990 and $521,900.

Latitude at Cantilena

Finally, Latitude at Cantilena will open up sometime in August. Buyers will be able to choose between four luxury, ranch-style floor plans as well as one basement home. Residences range between 3,091 to 4,937 square feet and include four or five bedrooms and up to four-and-a-half baths. Homeowners will also be able to include RV garages, casitas, and pool cabanas in their property as well. Homes here have base prices starting from $553,990 to $653,990.
