Solana Heights Community Brings 147 New Homes to Ventura
The new Solana Heights community will bring three neighborhoods with varying floorplans and price ranges to Ventura, according to a report by Builder.
CalAtlantic Homes, which developed the three neighborhoods, lists the starting price for the Alondra townhomes (31 in total) at $523,490 — the lowest of the three. Single-family homes at Ladera (57 homes) start at $579,105 while single-family homes at Barcelo (59 homes) go for a minimum of $646,900.
The townhomes at Alondra are anywhere between 1,658 and 2,045 square feet with a mix of two-level and three-level units. The smaller units feature three bedrooms while the largest townhomes have four bedrooms and three baths.

Single-family homes at Ladera and Barcelo range from 2,165 square feet up to 2,971. The smallest of those units feature three bedrooms while the largest has five beds. Many of the larger homes also come with three bathrooms.
Solana Heights also features amenities such as parks, playgrounds, picnic areas, and a gated dog park. It’s also just minutes from both US highway 101 and California State Route 33, which is a benefit to commuters looking to move to the area.
The community had its grand opening in October, with sales now open. All units can be customized to certain specifications as well. Estimated move-in dates on Solana Heights units are still to be determined, however.
