The 375,000-square-foot complex is the first shopping center that Concord has seen in decades. The lineup of stores already includes an IMAX movie theater, TJ Maxx, Cost Plus World Market, City Sports Club, MOD Pizza, and 365 by Whole Foods Market, to name a few. So far, CenterCal Properties is meeting their stated goal of adding “experiential retail that does not currently exist in the East Bay market.”

A report by the East Bay Times stated that the developer is negotiating leases will several other businesses. The shopping center has space for a total of 50 tenants.

CenterCal is currently completing construction on a 30-acre on Diamond Boulevard across from Interstate 680.
