Burgundy Meadows

- We have lived here for four years. We love it. - 28 homes, smaller yards and great community. - Not good for lots of cars and or people. (Parking is very limited) If you use your garage for cars, then it may work. LOT'S of attic room in the garage though. Many people do not use the attic space. - Private community pool; nice open areas. - HOA dues are (Currently) $285.00 and rumored to be going up. Dues Maintain the roads, lighting, community fencing, Common Area watering and pool / pool house. - Dues DO NOT cover individual structure paint, roofing or fences. - Amazing location. Close to Raley's and (2) Safeway. Highway 101 maybe 2.5 miles away. Close to SMART train too.
