Cobblestone Court

The intersection of southlake and waldemar is extremely noisy: cars continuously passing by and making loud noises as they stop and accelerate at the 4-way stop sign. For some reason there is a non-stop influx of cars until ~11pm (even beyond that on weekends). Not sure why it’s so busy...maybe because it provides easy/quick access to westheimer, briar forest, and Kirkwood... or maybe because the area is densely surrounded by numerous apartment complexes. I think the longest quiet time is maybe 20 seconds. Or 30 seconds maximum if you want to be generous. And some of the cars passing through the intersection play loud music... Also, lots of people walking by and talking loudly. Units at the very corner of the intersection are the noise and danger shield for the rest of the neighboring units in cobblestone court. The bedroom nearest to the intersection is unusable for sleep/study due to the continuous disturbance. The other bedroom is only slightly better. It’s common to get woken up at 2-3 am due to loud car noise.
