My husband and I moved here 4 years ago, we have great neighbors, really nice homes. So far we are very happy to be here.

I moved to the Concordia Community in 2016 after an extensive search for an ACTIVE 55+ Community in NJ. My choice was an excellent one! In the past 5 years, many homes of original owners from the mid 1980s have been sold, renovated, and younger residents moved in. Pre-Covid activities are plentiful and diverse. The HOA board saw the opportunity to upgrade many amenities during Covid lockdown such as upgrading the outdoor pool and surrounding grounds, the tennis and pickleball courts were updated and look brand new! And much more. Many beautiful, mature and newer trees, bushes and landscape. Ponds from the independent golf course make viewing the landscape a pleasure. The people are friendly and give a sense of community. The value of the homes has increased and so has my investment! I love living at Concordia ! You should come look for yourself.

If you to have absolutely no opinion in what happens in your neighborhood then this is the place for you. Be prepared to take care of your property. Do yourself a favor and move to one of the other neighborhoods around here, there are plenty of them.

My husband and I moved here September 2016. Can't believe it is almost two years. We have great neighbors and friends which make it even more enjoyable. We lived in our other home for over 30 years and didn't meet has many nice people. We love our home and would recommend this community to anyone. We have had a lot of great times here and are looking forward to many more.
