Hoa needs to be lower 25$

Hoa doesn't cover anything much. The ymca is small and only the pool is free. At least. Most scottsdale hoa's. Cover the front yard.

Disappointed with HOA

Ruben L
I have lived in my home for over 11 years and was really happy with how the neighborhood was. Recently in the past year or so, I have been seeing a lot of change in the neighborhood by the HOA. New rules have been randomly implemented into the neighborhood. Not once have I ever had been billed or cited for parking violations in the 11 years that I have lived here until recently. In the household we are a family of 5 adults now we all have careers and lives. We have 6 vehicles at the household that that are used on a daily bases. For years now we have been parking the same 1 vehicle fits in the garage while 2 fit in the driveway and the rest on the road. The HOA has failed on giving a solution to our vehicle problem and keeps giving us fines. We continuously ask them for help on where they recommend us to park and simply do not give us an answer. Meanwhile they continue to give us fines for the violations. we have moved out vehicle to the front yard due to one less vehicle but that's not enough for the other 2 vehicles that we have. HOA says they will call us back with a solution and simply never contact us. Every month I receive new fines because of the parking and I feel that if a new rule is being implemented that HOA should be able to give and answer to our problem if not how else could they be giving us fines. If you are looking to buy/rent a home here I do not recommend you have more than 2 vehicles.
