You have to keep your driveways and sidewalks clean but they have sidewalks that are broken and falling apart. Terrible place to live stay away from Covington Park.

Love the yearly events. A ton of effort goes into planning events. Great kid friendly streets and school is good too.

The villas in Covington Park are great! One of the best floorplans I have ever seen. Neighbors are very friendly and I like how close it is to the Sam's Club and grocery store but is far enough away to not have to deal with the traffic.
