Wonderful
This is wonderful place. Neighbors are always friendly, its quiet 99% of the time. Anytime you live in a neighborhood you will hear some noise once in a while but in 8 years there has never been a loud party to keep me up or anything. Kids do run around in the spring and summer afternoons but it make the neighborhood feel friendly and they stay around the courtyard mostly and don't bother anyone. Neighbors always out walking dogs, saying hi or running. No loud traffic because its way back off 360.
Horrible
You would think this area would be safe and nice to live in, but it is far from it. Kids running rampant at all hours of the night, unattended. Cars being messed with and broken into. People renting and selling left and right cause they can't stand it here anymore. I can not wait to move!
