Del Webb At Rancho Del Lago

I bought an well maintained existing home here about six months ago. I already have a personal coach, the nicest and most down to earth neighbors I could want, a great gym, yoga, and activities and amenities that go on and on. I have most appreciated how the neighbors have accepted me for who I am and have encouraged me to grow as I would choose.

My husband and I moved here about 3 years ago and we've loved every minute. Our perfect day is golf in the morning and relaxing at the pool in the afternoon. We try to get to the fitness center a couple times a week but there are so many other fun things to do! We've meet some really good friends and have formed an informal progressive dinner party group. We've made great memories here and highly recommend community. It may be smaller than the other big Del Webb's but what's here is just as nice, if not nicer, than what you'll find anywhere else.

Wife and I are empty nest 48 year olds who purchased in this 55+ community....they don't advertise it, but 20% can be 45+. This is a great choice for people who like a well maintained, quite neighborhood with fantastic neighbors. Better yet....fantastic clubhouse amenities pools, hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball, billiards room, gym (equipment always available), etc

The homes are affordable and are new. Nice activity center for active adults. My experience in the neighborhood was pleasant.
