Notable For
Like other areas along the coast, Hallandale is known for its beautiful beaches, golf courses, and close proximity to recreational opportunities. Since it is within driving distance to more populous cities around it such as Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and Miami, it is viewed as a cheaper alternative. Even waterfront properties are a bargain relative to other nearby areas.

It is also conveniently located to both Fort Lauderdale International Airport and Miami International Airport.
