This school has come a long way over the years and proves that hard work and perseverance do pay off. Any negative reviews are from many, many years ago. They have gone through several administrative changes since then.

This school went from a D to a B in one year that's awesome!

I am zoned to Sunrise and was very nervous considering negative reviews I read online. However, they have a new principal that is very hands on and he is revamping everything! I see the assistant principal getting kids to class every morning and knows everyone by name. My girls are VERY happy with their teachers and are excited to get to school in the morning. The principal just added new teachers to make classes smaller,and from what I have seen, is making steady progress. Everyone has been very helpful and answer all questions that I have had. So far I'm very happy.
