Four Seasons at Beaumont

Great community. Been here over 2 years. Only negative is no regular organized Bingo here. In the activities shown on the 55 places.com it shows Bingo which is incorrect. That was something we read and was a factor moving here. Hopefully they will have it here.

found Mike online and had decided to move to one of the 4 retirement communities in Beaumont CA met with mike and he toured myself and my daughter to each of the communities and we viewed homes that met my needs in addition he toured us through the features and amenities of each including the various clubhouses and buildings I addition he commented on the demographics of each which helped me narrow my search to solera he found a floor plan I liked and he set up an appointment to tour 4 or 5 of that plan and I found the home I liked best he made the offer and got the seller to throw in a nice electric golf cart into the deal he set me up with his preferred lender and escrow who efficiently processed the deal and within 45 days the escrow was funded and closed. Mike knows a lot about the area and the communities which made it easier to choose one and the right house if you need a good realtor with a lot of knowledge of the Beaumont retirement communities mike is a good resource and very professionally handled my home purchase transaction

We are so grateful to be living here at Four Seasons Beaumont. This is the perfect, quiet, cordial community for active adults who don't dig golf (me!). Instead of a golf course, we have the most beautiful NATURAL trails along a protected wildlife corridor. This community attracts residents from all over the US and California and from all walks of life. The people here are fascinating. Many have had careers in the arts, academia, the business world. When we moved in here just over three years ago, I instantly had about 1000 more neighbors and potential friends... and making friends here is EASY with all the interests and clubs. It's a breeze connecting with others who share our interests. The board of directors is responsive, deliberate, and considerate of the needs of the residents and does a fabulous job with fiscal accountability, so we are fiscally HEALTHY, as well as beautiful, clean, and like no other planned community you will find in the area. It's simply the best living situation I have ever had! We love it.

I have lived in Four Seasons of Beaumont for 7 years. Everyday I count my blessings that I am so fortunate to live in this beautiful community. We have so many fantastic things going on each and every day. Our activities director is top notch and does an amazing job of scheduling lots of senior fun activities for us all to enjoy. I hope to live here as my forever home and love the lush green beautiful community with great neighbors and fun things to entertain us. Not to mention the beautiful pools, indoors and out and gorgeous gardens. Blessed.
