Ellijay Primary School

This is the absolute worst experience with a school I've ever had. I have another son that went through school in Cherokee County and there were no issues like I've had here. I have a first grader at the school and we are literally doing everything we can to move back to Cherokee County just to get him out of the school district. Just one example: I have called his teacher 6 times and she refuses to call me back. My son will probably wind up failing the first grade and I blame a big chunk of that on how terrible the school is.

One of the best schools. My children loved learning and enjoyed going to school. They had great teachers that loved teaching.

This will be our 2nd consecutive year with a child at EPS & we couldn't be happier! The faculty & staff have always gone above and beyond to ensure my children's education & well-being. The principal & assistant principal are every parent's dream-kind, compassionate & firm in their beliefs. I've yet to meet an unfriendly teacher & the front office staff is hands-down awesome! My husband & I feel very fortunate to have such a nurturing environment to help aid & enrich our children's lives.
