Chattanooga Valley Elementary School

Had 2 children attend the school. One went from K-3rd grade. One is K-1st grade. Oldest daughter got held behind, because of a incompetent teacher. Then had a year, where the main teacher had to leave for medical reasons, my daughter had no less than 8 total teachers throughout the year. Struggled trying to get any information from the Principle(s), who changed every year. Struggled getting teachers to email or send home notes about child's progress. We have had nothing but a terrible time with this school, and are actively moving them to another school. If I could do a 0 star, I would.

My granddaughter attended this school last year, she absolutely loved it. She got up every morning at 5:00-5:30 to go to school. The only complaint I really have is,,,, I feel they give them too much homework. I mean really,, how many hours are left in a day to do homework, eat dinner. get a shower before bedtime? My 5 year old will start her first school years at Chattanooga Valley in kindergarten. I hope she loves it just as her sister has. I cant wait.

My name is Paula Carter, and my husband and I are on #4 of our children that have been blessed so much to get to attend CVE! Two of our wonderful children have even been ''SPECIAL NEEDS'' and are now surpasing ALL Doctors expectations for their education and beyond,thanks to GOD and some very awesome sweet tender hearted dedicated people who go above and beyond their jobs at school. They make you feel like family and really care about every single child down to the last detail. You are welcomed with a huge smile handshake and yes most times even a hug! We have enjoyed knowing our children are safe and very well taken care of. It is so much fun to me as a mom to see my children excited about what the teacher is teaching them and know they are sharing it with their siblings also. Our community is a special place to a lot of people. I would not want to live anywhere else nor for our precious children to ever go or have gone to any other school!!!! People around here don't judge you,but they sure will offer you a helping hand when you need it and never ask for a single thing in return. I am also very very proud to say I would vouch for and support anyone who works at our school. Thanks

i want to thank all the staff @ chattanooga valley elem. they have come above and beyond for my granddaughter emily. they really do care about the children. and someday it will make a difference in these little futer lifes. thank you so very much.
