There are MARTA bus stations just outside Peachtree City for public transportation into Atlanta. One of Peachtree City’s unique characteristics is that golf carts are a major form of transportation, used on the many cart paths throughout the city. These paths are also used by bikers, walkers, and joggers.

Peachtree City is full of fun activities and things to do. The Frederick Brown, Jr. amphitheater is the premier venue to see concerts and performances. Peachtree City is also a great place for sporting enthusiasts with plenty of areas for golfing and tennis as well as plenty of parks with ball fields. The dining selection in Peachtree City is broad, offering everything from fine dining to diners and ethnic food. For beer fans, there is the Line Creek Brewing Company to go taste their selection of brews.
